Grip Socks Mandatory
Children require non-slip grip socks. Adults require regular socks in play areas. Socks are available for purchase on-site if you forget yours.
Final Sales & Policy
All sales are final. Sessions can be rescheduled once with 24 hours' notice by emailing info@theplaehouse.ca or calling 289-204-8684.

No running & no shoes
Cubbies are provided at the entrance. Bare feet or socks only beyond the café zone.
Slides are for sitting
No jumping off slides, sliding head-first, or climbing up the slide surfaces.
Food & drinks stay in the café
All toys and play structures stay in their zones. Snacks are welcome only at café tables.
Mind our Lil Cubs zone
Little ones learn by observing. Please keep big-kid play in the active zones and gentle play near babies.
