Our “Plae” Sessions are designed for kids ages 0-6 to explore, imagine, and play in a safe and engaging environment. Each session is 2 hours long and includes access to our custom play structure, themed playrooms, and soft play areas, perfect for active toddlers and curious little ones. Space is limited to keep the experience cozy, calm, and fun for everyone! Each child admission also includes 15% off all food and drink items and two free adult guests, so grown ups can relax and enjoy the space alongside their little ones!

Please Note:

We cannot accept walk-ins when we’re reserved to capacity.
If no reservations are available at your preferred time, that means we’re full—please choose a different time. Thank you for understanding!

All guests must complete our waiver before entering.
Grip socks are required for children and regular socks for all adults in the play area. Socks are available for purchase if needed.

We cannot guarantee availability for walk-in open play.

We host private birthday parties on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons outside of Open Play Hours. Please visit our party page for more information on party bookings.

Rules

1. No running.
2. No shoes in the plae-area.
3. Shoes must be put in the cubbies.
3. No jumping off the slide.
4. No sliding head first .
5. All toys must stay in the plae-area.
6. Be mindful of the “lil cubs” area in the plae-area, they learn BEST from observing. 
7. No throwing the toys.
8. No food or drink in the plae-area.

Our play space is designed for children ages 6 and under.

  • Admission includes up to 2 hours of open play (from your reserved time). Reservations are highly encouraged due to capacity.

  • All guests must wear socks and sign our waiver. Children’s socks must be non-slip (grippy).

  • All admission sales are final. We allow play sessions to be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours notice. Please email info@theplaehouse.ca or call us at 289-314-8634 if you need to reschedule your session.
